Return Policy


We use FedEx Ground shipping within continental United States and Canada. Any faster service like FedEx Air or other service is available upon request.

For canadian customers we ship from canadian warehouse so there is no need to pay custom and brokers fee.

We will ship orders out within 2 business days after payment clearance. We are not responsible for any shipping delays and lost items.

We can ship worldwide upon request; you can contact us via email to receive an accurate quote for your international destination. A customer is responsible for any customs tariffs, duty and taxes upon receiving an item. All international orders will be marked as gift category.


Shipments returned to us by our shipping carrier due to an undeliverable/incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer. Any associated costs for re-shipment will be charged to and must be paid by the customer before we re-ship. All package RETURNED back to us in this case will be charged the shipping fee we originally paid.

Please, check your tracking numbers all the time. A lot of returns happen because of the fact that customers are not at home. FedEx brings the goods only three times to the customer's door, and then sends back. In this case FedEx takes an extra money for it. We will have to charge you and, if you are our drop shipper, you must charge your customer. Or the other way you have to monitor tracking numbers and communicate with the client if he's not home.

Exchanges and returns

If a customer is not satisfied with the item due to some reasons, like: changes his mind, wants another color or model; exchanges are offered at the customer’s cost. In such a case a customer must contact the seller via email within 3 days after receiving an item and return it within 10 business days. As soon as the item is delivered to us, we gladly exchange it for the desired item.

If a customer is not satisfied with the item because it is defective or has defective parts, he must report this problem via email within 3 days after receiving and return the item within 10 business days. If such a case occurs, we will gladly exchange an item at the customer’s cost.

Returns are offered only if an item is defective or damaged. A customer must notify us about a problem within 3 days and return it within 10 business days; upon item acceptance we will refund you the cost of the item, sales tax if applicable less shipping fee. Free shipping item will be deducted based on our actual shipping cost.

Returned and exchanged items must be unused, not have been installed, in its original packaging, and include all parts including installation instructions and manuals. All returns are inspected upon arrival for damage or missing parts. Refunds will not be processed on items returned in used/damaged condition or missing parts.
